• Payment may be in the form of Cash, Check or Credit Card. Online payment must be in the form of credit or debit card.

• Purchasers must provide Name, Full Address and Telephone Number. All information must be legible and accurate.

• In the event of controversy, TRAO President Tug Brock and Vice President Jeff Schaffer will rule.

     This contest is not valid except where legal. Winning Contestant must fulfill all Federal, Slate and Local statutory and regulatory requirements for gun purchases and pay all fees or other costs of shipping, taxes, permits, title or other transfer requirements. By accepting the prize(s), Winning Contestant agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless, The Towing and Recovery Association of Ohio, The Midwest Regional Tow Show, it’s members, partners, directors, donors and volunteers from and against any and all liability, claims, suits, demands or costs, including attorney’s fees arising out of or related to the sweepstakes or the prize regardless of the theory of liability and regardless of the fault or alleged fault of any party to be indemnified hereunder.
